Dear Hiring Manager,
I ship products that hold up under real users — tight React front-ends, well-modelled APIs, and the cloud plumbing that keeps both upright.
I am writing to apply for the full-stack position at [Company Name]. Over the last five years I have delivered production web systems end-to-end: a Next.js storefront with a Django API and PostgreSQL backend, containerised and shipped to AWS behind a GitHub Actions pipeline; React and Vue dashboards over REST and GraphQL APIs; Node.js services integrated with MQTT for live telemetry; and a portfolio of 30+ open repositories that doubles as a public record of how I work. I have been formally verified by HackerRank on Problem Solving, Python, SQL, REST APIs, and CSS, and I keep the BNSP IoT Practitioner certification current, which often translates to better instincts on the device-edge side of the stack.
My day-to-day defaults: TypeScript on the front-end (React, Next.js, Tailwind), Python or Node.js on the back-end (Django, Flask, Express), PostgreSQL or MySQL for relational data and Redis for cache and queues. I write GraphQL where the schema benefits from it and REST where it does not. Authentication is done properly — JWT or session with refresh, RBAC, and rate limiting. I am comfortable owning the whole CI/CD loop: Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, blue-green or canary deploys, infrastructure as code with Terraform, and Kubernetes manifests for anything that needs to scale. I do not treat observability as a finishing touch — logs, metrics, and traces are part of the first PR.
Working remotely from Indonesia since 2018, I default to written-first updates, small reviewable pull requests, and short planning documents over long meetings. I am used to slotting into a team that already has a senior engineer and a product owner, taking ownership of features end-to-end, and being honest about scope. My rate is USD 35/hour with a USD 250 project minimum, negotiable on scope, duration, and retainer shape; I am equally happy on a one-month build-out and a six-month embedding with your platform team.
I would welcome a conversation about your stack, the team I would be joining, and the next thing you are trying to ship.
